United for the Mission: NNE Union Gathers Leaders from All Units in Strategic Meeting

In March and April, the NNE Board, accompanied by the leader of the Stewardship Department, held training, capacity-building, and strategic alignment meetings with the leadership in the Associations and Fields.

The initiative included not only pastors and workers but also officials and leaders of the Association, church leaders, department leaders, and other church officials.

At the beginning of the training, on the first Friday evening conference, participants learned from Brother Héber Gomes how to "lead under pressure", inspired by the biography of the apostle Paul.

On Saturday morning, during the divine service, the president of the NNE Union, Pastor Francharle Figueiroa, motivated the listeners to lead like the great leader Jesus. On Saturday afternoon, we had important lectures on Evangelism, Stewardship, and Family, explained by Brothers: Pr. Francharle Figueiroa, Héber Gomes, and Pr. Antônio Deiblan. On Sunday morning, Pastor Francharle Figueiroa impacted those present by addressing the business vision, focusing on the tripod of success: Mission, Vision, and Values, in the church context. Pastor Deiblan motivated all participants by speaking with great propriety about the importance of a welcoming church that knows how to receive, welcome, and embrace visitors.

Brothers Héber Gomes and Tito Caires presented a new UNNE application as a work tool that will facilitate the missionary's work. And on Sunday evening, we had the privilege of hearing an excellent message by Pr. Antônio Deiblan on the theme: "A leader transformed by grace."

At the end of the meetings, we noticed that everyone returned to their churches and regions, taking with them new learnings and motivated to continue carrying out the mission left by our Master.

May the Lord bless the Leaders of His Church!
