A community of communities

One people in many places, united to seek Jesus

From the General Conference to the local church, the Reform Movement is one family — organized with order, present around the world and united in the same hope.

Who we are, together

No community is an island

Every local church is a living community — and none of them walks alone. Churches gather in conferences and fields; these, in unions and national headquarters; and all unite in the General Conference.

It is not bureaucracy: it is the biblical way for a people to care for one another, cooperate in mission and remain united in the truth.

Institutional Structure

An organized church, with order and responsibility

The life of the church should not be driven by disorderly individualism, but by biblical principles of unity, discipline, service, and mutual care.

General Conference

The world headquarters responsible for global direction and cooperation, which through Regional Secretariats works alongside the Unions.

Unions

Regional headquarters that coordinate work at the national level or across large territories, supporting the Associations.

Associations

Coordination of smaller territories or at the state level, supporting the Local Churches.

Local Churches

Faith communities where spiritual life is lived out in practice by their members.

Worldwide presence

Our communities, region by region

Each regional secretary accompanies the headquarters of its territory. Open any of them to visit its site — and, inside it, the communities that form it.
