From May 17 to 24, 2026, the ARAM Association carried out another remarkable Beneficent Colportage Campaign through the Mission Barge, in the Manacapuru (AM) region. With the participation of 15 colporters, the initiative had as its main objective to raise resources for the construction of the Careiro da Várzea Church, a fruit of the missionary project developed by the vessel.

The campaign set a goal of selling 500 books, and over the course of seven intense days of missionary work, the participants experienced experiences that left deep marks on their hearts. During the trips through the riverine communities, many families were reached for the first time by a church colporter, receiving not only Christian literature, but also words of hope, prayer, and spiritual support.

In the door-to-door work, the colporters offered therapeutic consultations, shared biblical messages, and witnessed God's action in the lives of many people. Phrases like "It was God who sent you here" and "You are a heavenly angel who came to bring us messages of healing and salvation" were frequently heard, moving the missionary team.

One of the most special moments occurred on Saturday afternoon, when a large distribution of literature was held, followed by an evangelistic worship service and the delivery of Bibles. The program provided opportunities for various people to get to know the gospel message more deeply.

The participants highlighted the spirit of unity and dedication that marked the entire campaign. Many worked without even interrupting their activities for lunch, while others continued on the mission even at night. Despite the intensity of the work, the group reported feeling a special strength that impelled them to continue advancing.

The experience was compared by the colporters themselves to the three hundred of Gideon and the faithful Caleb who advanced towards the Promised Land, symbolizing courage, perseverance, and trust in God. They were seven days of great blessings, learning, and spiritual strengthening.

Thanks to the efforts of these valuable missionaries and the donations already received and yet to come, the expectation is that soon the Careiro da Várzea region will be able to celebrate the inauguration of another beacon of truth, expanding the reach of the gospel message in the heart of the Amazon.

To God be all honor and glory for the results achieved and for each life impacted during this missionary journey.
