Last Saturday, July 25, the Seventh-day Adventist Church - Reform Movement of Cariacica (ES) promoted a Solidarity Bazaar in a local neighborhood near the church. The initiative was part of the congregation's missionary actions and aimed to meet the community's needs through the free distribution of clothes and other personal items.
The activity brought together church members, who dedicated themselves to organizing and delivering the donations, providing a moment of welcome and solidarity to the families served. The bazaar was prepared in advance so that the items could be made available in an organized manner, allowing the beneficiaries to choose the items according to their needs.
In total, 361 pieces of clothing, 11 pairs of shoes, and 2 bags were distributed, totaling 374 items delivered to the community. The donations represent the result of the collaboration of people who contributed to the action being carried out and reaching those who needed it most.
More than offering material aid, the Solidarity Bazaar demonstrated the church's commitment to putting Christian principles of love for others, compassion, and service into practice. The action also strengthened the bonds between the church and the local community, showing that the Christian mission is expressed through concrete attitudes of care and support for people.
