MACAPÁ (AP) — On August 1-2, 2026, the riverside community of Pirativa, in the municipality of Macapá (AP), received the Christian Stewardship and Financial Education Seminar, promoted by the Seventh-day Adventist Reform Movement Church. With the theme "Managing with Wisdom", the program was conducted by Brother Hudson Rafael, departmental stewardship of the Amapa Missionary Field (CAMAP).
The activities began on Saturday morning with the lecture "Biblical Foundations of Stewardship", which highlighted scriptural principles on faithfulness, responsibility, and good management of the resources granted by God.
On Saturday afternoon, participants followed the theme "The Blessing of Wisdom", emphasizing the importance of seeking divine wisdom in decision-making and in conducting spiritual, family, and financial life.
The seminar was concluded on Sunday morning with a practical financial education training. During the program, techniques for organizing personal finances, financial planning, strategies for getting out of debt, forming reserves, investments, and developing habits that favor balanced and responsible management of resources were presented.
Throughout the event, participants also received guidance on Christian stewardship, understanding the importance of managing time, talents, goods, and finances with faithfulness, recognizing that everything belongs to God and should be used with responsibility and purpose.
In addition to biblical studies, the program integrated principles of financial education, encouraging planning, organization, and balance in resource management, always based on Christian values.
According to the participants, the seminar represented a moment of reflection, learning, and renewal of concepts, strengthening already practiced knowledge and broadening the understanding of the application of biblical principles in financial life.
The initiative was carried out by the Seventh-day Adventist Reform Movement Church, through the Amapa Missionary Field (CAMAP), belonging to the North-Northeast Union (UNNE), reaffirming the church's commitment to spiritual growth and family strengthening through applied biblical teaching in daily life.
