From May 22 to 24, 2026, the Fama, São José, Morada do Sol, and Alice Barbosa churches, all in Goiânia - GO, held an intense spiritual program marked by moments of communion, intercession, evangelism, and in-depth study of the Word of God. The initiative brought together members and visitors in different meetings, promoting the strengthening of faith and reaffirming the Church's commitment to the mission.
The program began on Friday evening (22) at the Alice Barbosa Church, with the message "I Am the Lord Your God", highlighting divine sovereignty and the call to faithfulness.
On Saturday (23), in the morning, the Fama Church received the message "A Day of Joy", leading participants to understand that true joy is the fruit of a life of communion with Christ.
In the afternoon of the same day, the São José Church promoted a field missionary work, mobilizing members to carry out visits and strengthen the Small Intercession Groups (PGIs). The action had significant participation from the brothers, as well as the support of Pastor Sérgio Teixeira, his family, and members of other churches, whose presence and dedication were fundamental to the success of the missionary program.
Still on Saturday, at night, the Fama Church hosted a spiritual vigil that became one of the most memorable moments of the entire program. Sister Florinda Gomes, from the Intercession Department of Goiânia, presented studies on the fifth and sixth commandments. Following this, Pastor Sérgio Teixeira addressed the sixth and seventh commandments, and Missionary Paulo, from the São José Church, concluded the series of messages reflecting on the ninth and tenth commandments.
Throughout the entire program, especially on Saturday, the action of the Holy Spirit was perceived in a special way. Several people responded to the appeals presented, demonstrating the profound impact of the messages. During the vigil, the church experienced moments of intense reverence, clamor, and intercession. With tears of joy, confession, and supplications for the Lord's blessing, the participants witnessed an atmosphere of deep communion, feeling God's presence in a marked way. Solemn warnings were also transmitted through the messages, leading the church to reflect on the need for spiritual preparation for the challenges of the last days.
The program was closed on Sunday (24) at the Morada do Sol Church, with the message "Conditions to Receive the Holy Spirit", reinforcing the call to consecration, prayer, and total dependence on God for the fulfillment of the mission.
The support received throughout the program was fundamental to its success, evidencing the spirit of unity among the churches and the collective commitment to the preaching of the gospel. The organizers' expectation is that the seeds sown on those days will produce many fruits for the glory of God, reaching lives and further strengthening the Church's mission.
The program reaffirms the commitment of the local churches of the Central Brazilian Association (ASCENBRA), in partnership with the Central Brazilian Union, to promote spiritual revival, strengthen discipleship, and encourage missionary involvement of each member in proclaiming the hope in Christ.
